Ramsey Municipal Pool: A Season to Remember!

​Hi fellow Ramsey friends! The 2025 pool season may have been our best one yet. Membership keeps growing, and our staff and commissioners worked hard all summer to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

One of the biggest highlights was another amazing season for our swim team, the Ramsey Rays, who once again brought home the league championship. Huge congratulations to all our swimmers and coaches on an incredible year!

Our Fab Fridays were also a big success. It was great to see so many families and friends come out to enjoy live bands, hang out with one another, and swim under the stars.  Nights like those really highlight what makes our pool such a special part of the Ramsey community, bringing everyone together to create lasting summer memories.

We also made a few changes this season to improve everyone’s overall pool experience. Members likely noticed our new entrance and exit gates, which made badge scanning easier and helped our front desk staff a lot. We continued our members-only policy on holidays—Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day—which helped keep crowds manageable and days more relaxing. We also introduced a “members only” policy on Sundays, which helped with parking and crowding and turned Sundays into one of the most enjoyable days of the week.

The Ramsey Municipal Pool is proud to be a self-sustaining facility—and yes, it actually generates money for the town each year. No tax dollars are used to operate or maintain the pool, its grounds, or yearly improvements. Everything is funded through memberships and daily operations. We encourage all Ramsey residents to consider joining and to stay informed about our evolving policies, as we continue making improvements to enhance the experience for all our members.

Finally, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Pool Director, Gary Bach, and his incredible staff for their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to safety. They are the reason the Ramsey Municipal Pool remains such a true treasure in our amazing town. A big thank you as well to our Pool Commission members, who meet year-round to plan and prepare for each upcoming season. Your hard work and dedication behind the scenes do not go unnoticed.
